Where the works are considered permitted development we recommend submitting an application for a certificate of lawfulness - to prove to any future buyers it is, and where the works fall under the neighbourhood consultation scheme for larger permitted development applications we can handle this as well.

As part of the planning application service we act as agent and advocate and deal with all enquiries regarding your application. If any serious or in-depth queries arise such as with boundary disputes, rights of access, or significant trees in the vicinity, we can arrange the additional investigations for you.
