Any construction work can be expensive and even more costly if you get it wrong. It helps to get the design right from the beginning... but what if you don't know what you want?

 

Don't worry we can help: our architectural and engineering design consultant will visit you and discuss all the possibilities open to you. We can answer all your questions and talk through ideas you might have, suggesting others you might not have considered.

 

We can give you an outline of the work involved in your project, approximate building costs, and an approximate timeline to completion. Taking current local planning authority requirements and building regulations in to consideration, we can advise you on the best design for success based on your needs.

 

If you wish to proceed with our services, our consultant will complete a full dimensional survey of your property. This includes a check for potential issues with trees, drains, and boundary matters, as well as any other issues which might impede the progress of your project.

 

And any issues that might require further investigation can be dealt with easily by another member of our team which includes a 40 year member and fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and a currently serving senior town planner.

 

Our clients often remark that they are surprised by the length of time we take to do the survey. We could rush the job and do it quicker like others, but we prefer to do things properly to minimise any hidden surprises that might otherwise appear during the planning or building phases.

 

Using electronic equipment, we take extensive internal measurements of your property, including roof spaces, take the significant external dimensions of your property, and photograph everything as we go. In this way your design will accurately reflect your project giving everyone - especially your builder - a clear picture of the changes, helping also to minimise any problems that might occur with adjoining properties.
